Ffffuuu. Cosplayer friends, pony friends, I need you now…

Okay. Going as Pon-3 for a day at Banzai, picked my wig, yadda yadda.

Now, onto goggles. I need BIG ROUND PURPLE ONES… I found a set on eBay that would be PERFECT if the lenses were purple, but they only come in clear, blue, or yellow… Do you think it’d be super tacky to just get the clear ones and color them with a purple sharpie?…

Luckily, there’s not too much sewing to do. Just a vest-type thing and a little skirt bustle… And a few bows and just adding eyelet lace onto a few things.. So really, nothing too complicated. Most of it will just be bought. I might try to find an alligator “raver” backpack to wear, so I can have Gummy with me!~ If I can’t find one to buy, then I’ll have to just make one out of a plush toy. No biggie.

I’m trying to do her Gala outfit, but not so long and foofy.. If I can find everything I need, this should turn out REALLY cute.. The most expensive piece is probably going to be the wig… That motherfucker’s gonna be like, 98 bucks…

I dunno though. This CAN be done. I only have until October to do it.. I’d better get off my ass and start pulling it together. If this paycheck is good, I’ll buy the wig. I swear. After I get the wig, everything should just come easy… Hell, if I bomb the Gala dress idea, then I can just be plain pinkie. That’ll be SOOOO easy, just as long as I have the wig… So I’m not really too worried any more..

I’m not gonna worry about the steampunk outfit(s).. Steampunk is pretty easy, and I’m sure I can throw something together. I’ve already got a little bit of stuff I could use…

This will be my first con, so do any of you cosplay?..  got tips?
